The guest commits to leaving the property (including all furniture and equipment) in the same condition as they found it.
Any damage, deterioration or misuse of the furniture, objects or decoration will be charged to the deposit provided or by cash payment.
The property can only be occupied by the people listed on the booking.

The additional cost involved must be anticipated.
It is not allowed to carry out any commercial activity within the property.
It is not permitted to carry out any activity that may cause a nuisance or harm to other community neighbours.
If this occurs, we will have to remove the concerned parts of the property and cancel the booking immediately.
Following the above information, in this situation, guests will cover all costs for any damage caused.
