BELGA INVEST GRUPO SL collaborates with various booking platforms to maximize the reach and rental opportunities, thereby ensuring the greatest booking potential for your property.

It is the owner's sole responsibility to have comprehensive liability insurance that covers any eventuality related to the property.

Additionally, all property owners must comply with local and national laws and regulations, including all health and safety standards applicable to the property.

The maintenance, cleaning of the property, and corresponding taxes are also the responsibility of the owner.

Rules

To ensure a pleasant and respectful stay for everyone, please take note of the following rules:

  • Guests agree to leave the property, including all furniture, appliances, and equipment, in the same condition as it was found upon arrival.
  • Any damage, deterioration, or misuse of furniture, objects, or decorations will be deducted from the security deposit or must be paid in cash.
  • The property may only be occupied by the number of guests specified in the reservation. If you would like to add more guests, please contact us in advance. Additional charges will apply.
  • Commercial activities are not allowed on the premises.
  • Any behavior that causes disturbances or inconveniences to neighbors or violates community rules is strictly prohibited. If such situations occur, we reserve the right to remove the involved parties from the property and cancel the reservation immediately.
  • In cases of serious misconduct, guests will be held responsible for all costs related to any resulting damage.
