The 2-bedroom apartment is located in a complex within the tourist area of Playa de la Arena, on the southwest coast of Tenerife, just 100 meters from the seafront and 300 meters from the beach. The apartment is spacious and features a living room with a SMART TV, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and private bathroom, the other with two single beds), a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and tea/coffee facilities, a washing machine, and a sunny terrace.

Guests can enjoy a beautiful swimming pool. The apartment is on the seafront.

Playa de la Arena has been awarded the Blue Flag for its cleanliness, and just two bus stops away, in the neighboring village of Los Gigantes, there is another beach, a marina, and impressive cliffs.
